If you are a provider of an occupational skills training program and would like consideration as an Eligible ITA Program Provider under the Workforce Investment Act, then complete the application form and send it to the Local Workforce Investment Board (LWIB) of your choice.  The Local Board will review the information that you send and will contact you about possible inclusion of your program(s) on Georgia's statewide Eligible ITA Program List.  The process differs slightly from area to area and additional information may be locally requested.  [Application(s) need only be sent to one LWIB for possible inclusion on the statewide eligible list.]

General Instructions:

• Complete one application for each program of study that you would like to become eligible. (Example: complete one application for a Nurse Assisting program of study and complete a second application for an Administrative Assisting program of study.)
• Complete the application(s) in full.
